Wonderful retreat with very welcoming staff
The location was fantastic with close access to the mall and to Rodney Harbor. The staff was the best we’ve ever experienced. They were very attentive and accommodating to us. I had requested a special decoration for the room and they executed beautifully!
The restaurant prices were a bit higher than I thought they should’ve been so we ended up eating at other nearby restaurants within walking distance.

People were wonderful and very helpful but I think that the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.
Breakfast was fine but croissants and pain au chocolates were a bit stale and dry. Otherwise full English was good and choices of fruit & yoghurts were good as well Fresh orange juice would be much better than boxed orange juice which was not very good.
Not many sunbeds and most of them have see better days. Also the shuttle around Rodney Bay is not free you have to take taxis everywhere. Not near a beach either. Also the restaurant menu needs a bit more thought and variety.

Lovely for a quick break.
Staff was really nice and helpful Lovely views from different locations including rooms, dinner and pools. Amazing food Lots of different areas to sit, chill from inside and out. Good location
No free shuttle to go to the beach. Jacuzzi wasn’t working We didn’t need our room clean every day, but was not able to get a top up of drinking water without it.
